The condo living area features high vaulted wood beam ceiling and white tiled floors throughout the main living area, dining room and kitchen. Bedroom flooring has new light gray wood laminate. Stainless Steel kitchen is fully equipped and has a walk-in pantry. The apartment also has a private storage room for the beach chairs, tennis racquets with full size washer-dryer. The furniture is all comfortable coastal living decor. The dining room has seating for 6 to enjoy dinner together. The Master bedroom has a King bed, white furniture with contrasting teal nigh tables, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan. In the 2nd Bedroom there is a queen size bed, clean white bedroom furniture characteristic of island resort living. Flat screen TV, ceiling fan and large closet. For your television viewing there are a total of 3 large flat screen TV’s with cable and internet and access to Netflix. Condo is equipped with all new linens, towels, and beach towels. Additional items include; beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler and 2 tennis rackets, 2 pickle ball rackets all in good condition.
